Article 16: EVALUATION AND RATING SYSTEM:

The Shipper shall pay a deposit not exceeding 17% of the amount of the accepted bid. Article 18: IMPAIRED:

In case of unpaid due to fraudulent use of a payment method, Web Transport Deal will apply to the Shipper a processing fee of an amount equal to 20% of the amount of the unpaid, without these expenses being less than forty (40) euros excluding taxes. Article 19: TAXES:

Users are liable for all taxes, fees and commissions resulting from the use of our services and our Website.

Article 20: MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION BY CARRIER:
